MicroEdge is an alerts service that distributes algorithmically-generated wake-up signals about Solana tokens. We send you data. We do not place trades for you. We do not custody any of your funds.
Nothing we send is investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a guarantee of return. Every signal is a hypothesis. Trading crypto, especially low-liquidity Solana tokens, can result in total loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. Read our Risk Disclosure before subscribing.
Pro Monthly auto-renews monthly. Pro Yearly auto-renews yearly. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal. Cancel any time via your Stripe customer portal (link in your receipt email) or by emailing us at [email protected].
Refund policy: 7-day money-back, up to 5 alerts received, on monthly subscriptions only. No refunds on yearly or lifetime plans.
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. We do not issue refunds in crypto. Wrong-chain or wrong-address sends are unrecoverable. Verify all payment addresses carefully before sending.
Service provided "as is" and "as available". We may stop, pause, or change the service at any time without liability. Alerts may be delayed, missing, wrong, or duplicated due to infrastructure dependencies outside our control (Helius, Jupiter, Telegram, Cloudflare, Stripe, etc.).
Our maximum aggregate liability to you is the total amount you paid us in the previous three calendar months. We are not liable for: trading losses or missed profits; missed or delayed alerts; third-party service outages; or any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may not resell, redistribute, or share our alert signals outside the licensed subscription. You may not share private-channel invite links or access credentials. We log usage patterns and revoke access without refund on confirmed abuse.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via the Telegram channel or email.
