What we collect

Email address — only if you provide it for receipts or account recovery. We do not require one.
Telegram username / user_id — used solely to grant and revoke private-channel access.
Stripe customer and subscription IDs — for billing management only. Stripe handles all card and bank data; it never touches our server.
Crypto transaction hashes — submitted by you when verifying a crypto payment. We store them to confirm payment status.
Server access logs — standard Fastify/Cloudflare request logs (IP, timestamp, path). Retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

Card numbers, CVVs, or bank details (Stripe-hosted checkout — never touches our infrastructure).
Wallet private keys or seed phrases.
Trade history or portfolio data beyond what you share in a support email.
Behavioral analytics or tracking pixels.

How we use your data

Deliver the service (grant/revoke Telegram channel access, send confirmation emails).
Communicate service updates, major alerts, or billing issues.
Detect and prevent abuse (e.g., shared invite links).

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising.

Third-party processors

Stripe — payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Telegram — message delivery. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, tunnel. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Cookies and tracking

We set no first-party analytics or tracking cookies. Stripe sets its own cookies on its hosted checkout pages. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (__cf_bm) for bot protection.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active or as required by law. Access logs are purged after 30 days. Payment records may be retained longer to satisfy tax and financial reporting obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion requests result in account termination and revocation of channel access.

Children

MicroEdge is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the Telegram channel and/or by email. Continued use of the service after posting constitutes acceptance.
